Performance Characteristics of Product

requirements of low stress tests for metal conductors. It is used to measure the permanent
external deformation under lower unit stress, indicating the ability of the wire to absorb
bending and longitudinal twisting during winding. The sample is elongated after being
subjected to a specific stress on a unit cross-sectional area. The permanent external
stress-free elongation resulting from this stress is regarded as a measure of the forming
capability of the insulated wire. The larger the value, the stronger the forming capability of the
wire.
