Executive standard: NEMA、JIS; Inspection standard: JB/T4279.15-2008
Used to detect the scraping resistance of coating and cable insulation layer of flat wires of 0.800～5.600mm (narrow side) and the silk and enamel covered round wires with nominal conductor diameter of 0.100～5.000mm;
Application of SCM control allows for fast operation and strong anti-interference capacity;
Sample support table allows for parallel rise and fall, maintaining close contact between the entire plane with sample;
Scratching needle is vertical to the paint scraping direction and parallel with sample supporting table;
When film is scratched and the action current is ≥5mA, painting scraper would automatically stop scraping;
LED would automatically display the number of scraping.
